“A great hotel in a prime location.”

“This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. The facilities are top-notch, especially the soundproofing in the rooms. Despite being located next to a busy road, there was no car noise, which I found very satisfying. The buffet breakfast in the morning was abundant, with a wide variety of tasty foods. Overall, it was a delightful stay.”

“Stayed here for a couple of days. Great Place. Loads of eatery nearby and you could walk to shopping malls as well. For Places of Interest, you need to hop on a Ride Share.”

“Received an upgrade to a larger room than booked, but saw no value in a boardroom in my room nor the traffic noise next to the traffic circle. The room fittings and decor was showing its age…. Bathroom towel missing and crockery supplied made no sense (microwave but no plates?, only one bowl?) Electric car charging facility is a 10A GPO wall plug, so not really EV friendly in reality (loads 12km of range per hour) - a 7kW charger would be the least that should be offered to advertise this facility. For a one night stop over, place did the job.”

“Hotel ticks all the boxes - is clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the rooftop bar, 10 min walk to the bars on Mort Street, free parking and easy to get around.”

“The whole experience was subpar. They initially put me in the wrong room and then moved me to a lesser one. At check in I was told one thing about changing the length of my stay by 2 days with reasonable notice, and upon multiple followups discovered that they would do nothing to assist me and neither would Agoda. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard either before checkin or each day. Parking was not listed as a seperate fee on Agoda and yet I was charged per day for parking. The room was listed as having internet and yet there was only 1 free day of internet, afterwhich, it was charged. There were no mattress protectors on the beds which is a little disturbing. All I can say is to be careful when making a booking.”

“We found that this accoommodation was in a good area for us as we would drive to Exhibition Park each day and it was only 12 mins away and was in a pretty quiet area due to the university not being open over the New Year break. We did have a bit of an issue with the cleaners not restocking coffees, teas, milk and bathroom stuff like shampoo and hand soap and had to get the night staff to fix. The food we found at the attached Labor Club to be not worth the price but the wee cafe on the corner by the hotel called Camerons was wonderful with yummy good priced food and coffee. We would recommend staying here still .”

“Comfortable without being excessive. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Convenient location with good restaurants nearby. Limited interaction with staff; somewhat lacking in hotel amenities hence feels more like a serviced apartment for week-day business travellers or longer-term occupants. Parking was full so had to park on the street.”
