“Having a good stay but below expectations in relation to cleanliness, upkeep and overall facility. Location is very good and extremely convenient. Free ample parking. Considering thr amount paid.i feel it is not value for money. Locks, Bathroom fixtures are all tired and needs a proper uplift. No safe in the apartment is a very very big surprise given even smaller hotels have.”

“The location was excellent. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was clean, towels and linens were high end. The property is located just 8mins drive from Puffing Billy Train’s lakeside station. We managed to get a last minutes ticket for Lakeside-Gembrook and had so much fun. Coming back to accommodation after a long hot day outside we were welcomed by a nice cold shower, cozy room, and a comfortable bed. The garden was well maintained and as pictured. Everything works well and we felt comfortable throughout our stays. ”

“My partner and I stayed here recently during F1 weekend, as it was one of the few options available that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Cozy room, comfy bed. Wifi leaves a lot to be desired, very slow and limited range - open up that 5ghz band! Also, no ironing board and iron - small inconvenience. A shame it's so far out of the way, very southeast of Melbourne CBD. Overall a good stay.”
