“There wasn’t much available for one night the weekend before Christmas so I went with this one. The day I was leaving my babysitter fell through and had to bring the kids. Called ahead and they said it was fine but the room was probably too small for an air mattress. So I was nervous. But once I walked through the door one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was HUGE- I fit two air mattresses! The room had water views which I don’t even think was mentioned in the booking. Fantastic parking. Great vibes. Great location. We didn’t eat at the pub below but it looked 10/10. I have stayed at way more expensive hotels and gotten way less value for money. Don’t necessarily recommend for young families (sorry to the other guests) but it absolutely delivered regardless.”

“Will highly recommend Landmark to anyone who wants to find a place to stay at Nelson Bay. Good facilities! However cleanliness is not all there, there are stains on the blankets and also lots of dust around the house area especially the table lamp.”

“Originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5 nights. Great location to walk to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Staff were amazing, especially Carol. We stayed in 1 bedroom water view room. Great view, room was large and comfortable bed. Undercover parking available at no extra cost.”
