“What the room lacked in size it made up for in character. The renovations have been very thoughtfully done to make a cosy space. We don't travel light so had to juggle our bags around in the limited floor space but appreciated the long row of hooks in the wall to keep clothes etc out of the way. The bathroom was also small but very attractive. The room is definitely not suitable for those with mobility issues due to small size and stairs to access the accommodation in the second floor (no lift). We enjoyed our meals in the lounge in the evening and the Pantry the next morning. ”

“We had a great stay, the staff were amazing and looked after us, by running our room service food order down to us when it was a very busy night in the bistro. the cleaning staff were exceptional and made sure we were okay when my son was unwell. the faciliaties were wonderful - we were pleasantly surprised - lovely stay thanks”

If your a little bit adventurous and wouldn't mind literally a 30 second walk up the hill, behind the hotel using the car park to do so, you will see the stunning view of Whyalla, you get to actually see where the bush meets the sea.
