“This hotel was very dirty. We turned on our air con, and we all got sick from the amount of dust that came out all night. The breakfast space was so dirty that we didn’t want to eat. The halls need renovating. The sheets were hard and gritty. When I checked in , they questioned my identity because the phone number on the booking was incorrect (no idea why) even though I had a credit card, ID and a copy of my booking in hand. This was not a good experience. I also overpaid by a lot. Very disappointed! ”

“This hotel is great overall- massive room, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, and a very reasonable breakfast! We booked for the pool/slide for our young son, but were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool (especially in comparison the the high standard set by the rest of the hotel facilities). The pool was very murky and chemicals were quite strong and caused burning eyes. The slide is really fun, but also VERY crowded. Despite signage with rules of use, many children were unsupervised and using it unsafely.”

“Clean and professional staff. Amenities are not over-priced, and well stocked with great selection. Staff is very helpful and considerate. Rooms well maintained and clean. Lots of coffee in room and shower/soap dispensers were full. Comfortable beds and easy to use TV with multiple stations for viewing options. Ample desk space and although I didn't have USB outlets for charging cables, there are lots of plugs, and inexpensive charging block options if needed or forgotten. ”
