“We booked 3 rooms and paid over $1K over the Christmas holiday for four nights. During that time, housekeeping did not visit any of our rooms even once. Even though we called and specifically asked to have the rooms cleaned. The bathtubs in all three rooms were disgusting. Rusted and stained. The water taps were all broken. The breakfast that was included was never stocked. The pancake machine was broken. They couldn't keep up with sausages. They ran out of bread for toast every single day. The pool was a lot of fun. If only they could keep it stocked with towels. I had to walk out to the front desk 3 separate times, dripping wet, to ask for towels. I have never seen such a poorly run facility, and I will not be returning when I visit my family in Regina. I recommend all travelers avoid this place until they make some much needed improvements.”
