“I made a booking in the hotel via Agoda for one night and in the invoice for Agoda they had mentioned hotel charges and other taxes . However during check in the person at the reception asked me to pay taxes for the hotel and I was surprised to see it and he claimed that's it's a mandatory procedure . Me being a foreigner was left with no choice but to go ahead and pay the taxes .. This issue of the taxes paid to Agoda and then again paid at the hotel should be clearly mentioned in invoice and should be addressed . The other staff at the hotel were very friendly and their hospitality was very good . The food also was decent .”

“informo, que inició un proceso de denuncia con la superintendencia de turismo. por falsedad en la información compartida en la plataforma Agoda y los intereses que cobran por estar en su hotel. Es un abuso de parte de ustedes lo que hicieron con mi reserva. A la fecha Agoda me descontó $479.381. El hotel me descuenta el 19/08 $60019 a las 00:00 pm que supuestamente me la devolvían porque quedó mal la transacción y posterior otros $60019 alas 14:45 pm. A la salida del hotel el día 21 me cobraron $40.000 que porq debía pagar 102.000. En total pagué $20.000 ese día en efectivo. El total de mi reserva es de $619.419. Lo cual considero es una violación a la buena fe de los huéspedes de su hotel. ”
