“Greetings, I had the pleasure of staying at the PL for over a week. Pros: •Excellent staff, multilingual and friendly •Location, in the proximity of many places to eat, typically safe to walk around area during the day, quite close to parks as well. Cons: •While not completely a con, hot water is not always available for bathing; however, it is generally a hot climate in Cali year-round. •Wi-fi may be spotty at times. Overall: Would I return? No doubt about it. Thanks and best of luck. ”

“The hotel location is exceptional. It is in a pretty safe section of Cali, within easy walking distance of many restaurants if not wishing to eat at the numerous dining options within the hotel complex itself. There are two banks within the premises plus an ATM. There are also numerous foodstores anywhere from 1 minute to 20 minute walk. The rooms are comfortable, with minibar/fridge and coffee maker. A good full breakfast buffet is included.”

“hotel en remodelación a enceres y habitaciones mas modernos, las habitaciones son cómodas y bastante amplias y nos dieron gusto con una habitación en un piso alto lo cual fue genial, por mejorar los servicios adicionales del spa y otras actividades, la nevera minibar funcionaba pero no tenia elementos para consumir lo cual se agradece en la próxima estancia en general nos gusto y claro que volveríamos.”
