La cena estupenda y el desayuno no menos completo y de calidad. Sólo puedo hablar maravillas y confirmar que si Dios quiere, volveremos !”

“We booked a total of 9 rooms for a 9 nights. On the last night , I checked with the front office about checking out later or If they can help to keep our luggages as we need to check out early for an award ceremony and back to hotel to get our bags and pick up by airport transfer. The night lady manger who also did our check in was super unfriendly and unhelpful. All she said is NO NO NO even we already explained that our luggages had reduced as our event had over. But she total not interested to hear us and just tell us NO NO NO. This is not what you will expect from a hotel. But I had to say the morning shift front office manager was super friendly to help us with the luggages an offer a space for our bigger boxes. ”

“Water provided is sparkling. Wish still water could be provided instead. Breakfast is basic. Room is dusty and can be cleaned better. I stayed here for 2 weeks and the cleaning maintenance of the room is not done as well as I expected. The dust and hair on the floor were growing by the day. Location is good and close to train station.”

“Only issue I had was checking in since we arrived at 3am and we couldn't seem to contact the point person. Once they answered we were able to go to our rooms but it took us 2 hrs before we got it in. They had our keys in an accessible locker box which weren't informed beforehand. The room is nice and it was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and well managed.”

“Location is very good, No noise from outside. Totally clean, and comfortable for staying. But only Shower room is partially covered, and the other side is always opened. Take care for Shower no to have lake in the room.. Receptionist is also matured, fully supported.”
