“A fuss-free hotel, extremely nice and cozy. The accommodation was tidy and equipped with great amenities, and checking in and out was a breeze. I only stayed for one day, thus I suppose that the absence of minibar is normal. The Marktkirche is ten minutes' walk from the hotel and the hotel is adjacent to Kurpark.”

“I visited Wiesbaden and stay Mercure Hotel for 2 days -- staff was friendly and even I notice that 1 of front desk staff brief Wiesbaden surronding restaurant with full patience (to a golden age people). It was so amazing. Location is superior, just 5-8 min walking distance from main attraction. Unfortunately kaiser-fredrich thermae was close, otherwise it will be prefect journey for me. The good thing is it also give me an excuse to revisit wiesbaden and stay in Mercure again!”

“It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The only week point is parking. Self parking was impossible if you come to the hotel for the first time because you can't find the parking lot. The hotel front was packed with taxis. You have to park among them and wait for the valet parking. ”

“Town Hotel is located near the Kurpark. There are trash collectors in front of the Town Hotel. The elevator stinked. In the night, very noisy, you can't sleep when hear the neighbor children shouted as loud as they could, opened the door, run the stairs, and neighbors downstairs playing music until middle night. The reception is not available all day, left at 19:00, e.g. 7:00 pm, and didn't response to the guest's phone calls and texting messages complaining about the noises until middle night. I don't understand why Agoda listed this horrible Town Hotel as a three star hotel and misleading consumers. No, we don't recommend this Town Hotel Wiesbaden. There are several nice, clean, quite, safe and affordable hotels nearby in Wiesbaden deserve true three + stars.”
