“I stayed at this hotel for several nights and really enjoyed the well manicured grounds, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Additionally, the pool was refreshing (swim cap required), and the room comfortable. If staying in Puembo, I vote for this place!”

“The staff are wonderful and everyone we dealt with had English. Our room had good wifi, power outlets, and a modern bathroom. There's a bit of road noise in the morning. Parking isn't free.”

“I had an university trip and I stayed here two nights, Darwin and Carlota were so nice and resourceful! When I had to leave to the airport., Carlota arranged a taxi for me with a trusted driver Freddy, cheaper than your normal taxi. Be nice to the staff and they'll go great lengths to help you. absolutely great customer service, made me feel so welcome :)”

“The staff was really helpful, but the common space on the first floor is used by the clients to gibberish till late night. You can hear every noise even through the closed window. The room had one super squeaky bed, only one window to the hall (we were missing fresh air). Bed lamp didn’t work. Shower was splashing over everything in the bathroom and there was a mold on the sealing. Probably the best breakfast during last month. Thank you”
