“Lovely hotel enjoyed our stay . But when we arrived we were given the smallest room in a tiny corner of the hotel . We had to go back and ask for the room we paid for . One member of staff said but you have a sea view !! I said I want the room we paid for as the bed in the room we were given the bed was practically on the floor and so small . She said all rooms had the same beds which was a lie . So we eventually got the right room and we totally enjoyed our stay and will defo return .. ”

“We stayed for just 4 nights(not long enough) The hotel was spotless, the rooms had everything you need. We stayed in 1 of 2 Sky view rooms on the 8th floor, we had a wrap around balcony overlooking the sea, you could throw a stone to the beach we were that close, we will definitely return summer 2024 when the resort is fully open, although it was early November there are plenty of restaurants, bars and some shops open. We stayed B&B, Breakfast had ample of selection, whether you wanted Full English, continental, whatever you want they had it available. If you wish to have Dinner in the restaurant you can pays per person on the night at 20€ pp, different every night so you can choose when to eat, great value.”

“I stayed at the hotel with my mom for 3 nights. The staff is very friendly and the hotel and rooms in general is clean! But, first we Got a room on the 2 floor right above the aircondition system, and there was a “drilling” Sound from 06:40-22:30, so we swapped rooms the day after to 3. Floor and on the other side - which was better.. alot of drunk english people, but ok its magaluf… Yesterday night there was a “fight” out on our hallway, and a door that got beated Down.. no Way to contact the reception via phone, as no number or speed dial is shown.. we had all incl. food was okay.. but no drinks with alkohol is included. Only Wine or beer when you have dinner. All together is was okay! But wouldn’t choose to stay near magaluf again. ”
