“It was a mixed experience. Food/restaurant staff was incredible but check in/reception staff at hotel and housekeeping; and massage therapist didn’t acknowledge my request for more pressure, scolded me and then tried to upcharge me. Roman bath circuit was worth it but that’s about it.”
