“This resort was top notch from start to finish, from the manager's welcome to the attentiv care as we checked out, there was nothing that could have been better. ALL the staff is fabulous and very friendly, which is something we have not seen even in other luxury resorts in Grenada. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and beautiful. They anticipate your every need and call you by name. I can't say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend!”

“Upon arrival, a welcoming staff member assigned us a room. Due to our early arrival, shortly after 1:00 p.m., we were required to wait until the room was cleaned. However, we could not be taken to our room after check-in time. The situation was compounded by the fact that no one would provide us with information as to what was wrong with the room. We were provided with a temporary room to shower and change and told that our room would be assigned by 6:00. After not hearing from anyone, we returned to the reception area at 8:00 p.m. We were told that there was a maintenance issue with the room and that we would have to return to our temporary room. I insisted that I did not want this room as there were mosquitos, and it was on the ground floor. We were finally assigned our original room after 11:00 p.m. The night staff indicated that nothing was wrong with the room. On getting to the room, I determined that the issue was related to a moisture problem that had led to mold. The smell was noticeable and problematic as I suffer from severe allergies. Due to the late hour, I decided to address the problem the following day. We were finally moved to a room without any issue after 2:00 p.m. the following day. The rest of the stay went well, but our initial experience cannot be forgotten. ”
