“Honestly for a 5 star hotel, I was disappointed. The room had really really old towels. I saw old blood stain on my sheet. They give you only one bottle of water. The breakwas was soooo basic, sometime out of food. I really had a bad experience with the Spa at the middle of my massage I asked the lady to stop. After that encounter, I got was a sorry for a bad service. The hotel is very beautiful and the spa is also beautiful. Rated as a 5 star somethings need to improved. The staffs were extremely nice, that was the best experience for me. ”

“All in all I would recommend this hotel! The staff was nice, the beach is great, the rooms are huge and beautiful. Also the breakfast was quite good with a live omelet maker. However, there were also some smaller downsides. The common areas (except the beach) were rather small and therfore a bit packed. Also, the bathroom was mediocre (barely any water came out of our shower head) and the blanket of the bed was very small for two people. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel. It’s very clean, beautiful, safe, modern and a has a great price/value”

“La unica pega es en el restaurante donde ofrecen el desayuno. Hay muchas cucarachas, de las pequeñas, deberian de plantearse un tratamiento integral contra esa plaga. Luego, cuando cae la noche, se hace dificil estar fuera por la gran cantidad de mosquitos existentes. Lo demas, todo perfecto.”
