“Hotel is good as it is close to the airport. They ran out of some food and drinks on the menu. This is fine as it was fully booked. Shuttle is free for hour intervals. Anything outside the interval is pay to use. I can understand the reason behind it but still isn’t the best way considering transporting paying customers. ”

“Inside the airport so we can go to check-in the flight early and then go back to the room. They have many variations of breakfast. But lack of the amenities. They don’t provide shower cap that i need so.”

“Hotel is nice to stay in. There are restaurants and mini marts close by. It is convenient to the airport and the cost is reasonable. Only issue I had is that checking in half hour early even though room was ready after a long flight was met with pay 200,000 rupiah extra. Not the best way to retain customers. ”

“Overall is good. Just the tap water smell unpleasant until the whole room smelly especially after bath. Hope can install water filter to improve the water quality.”

“Pro's: only 10 minutes from the airport and transfer is included, room was clean, pool is great (although no sunbeds in the shade), neat green surroundings. Con's: the hotel tries to seem as a high end place which is reflected in the relatively high price. However, they wanted to charge us for an extra towel for our child which we found extremely cheap and dissapointing from such a place. Also the breakfast box we got was veeeery meager. There were loads of mosquitos, also in our room. Food in the on-site restaurant was not the best but at least inexpensive. There is nothing else in this area so I only recommend it if you need a place before your flight.”
