“I frequently travel from Hyderabad to Ranchi and have stayed in many hotels, often facing issues. However, this hotel stands out as the best. The hotel is far from the railway station and airport, but considering the price, food, peaceful atmosphere, and amenities, it’s worth it. I did face a check-in issue— I booked a superior room with a balcony a month in advance, but they initially shown me a much smaller, different room while checking-in. After two hours of discussion, they finally provided the right one. Though frustrating, the friendly staff and top-notch food made up for it. On my next stay, I requested the same room and got it without issues. However, management informed me that if your booked room isn’t available at check-in, they may offer an alternative or ask you to wait. ✅ Pros: • Peaceful atmosphere • Excellent food • Friendly staff • Good amenities • Worth the price ❌ Cons: • Far from railway station/airport • Possible check-in issues (room availability not guaranteed) Apart from the check-in hassle, everything else was great.
