“The hotel was very beautiful as we had view of lava rocks and the lagoon. Very spacious. The plus, we have a wake up call to see the northern lights.. we had also free spa teeatment and the use of the beautiful private pool. Facilities was very good. The lagoon was beautiful. The receptionist was very informative. The only bad experience we had was at the lava restaurant were we had an argument with the receptionist because of seating arrangement and that she answered in a sarcastic manner which made us loss our temper. But they tried to appease us by doing an action to it. Overall the experience we had was great.”
