“Helpful staffs, clean and modern room, decent size lift, smooth check in and out. They have microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc in the lounge area too which was convenient. ”

“Hygiene and cleanliness was the poorest I have ever seen. Safety is also ignored. I had someone banging on my door at 2am and when I tried to speak to the manager I was told, “this is not my problem”. Out of concern for my safety I left the hotel after one horrible night. ”

“I booked a deluxe room , it was so amazing the room is well kept an clean , and big room. So far in my Italy trip this is the best room I got . Friendly staff. I would give 9/10 2 points for not giving 10 is the room was. Very warm when entering , later at night the heater somehow switched off and was damn cold and again morning it stared to work . Second is the room next to reception so it’s quite noisy with people checking in at night ”
