“Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location but you might be better off staying at one of the hostels across the road (they also offer much more reasonably priced tours). We had a few issues but the main one was that the air-conditioning leaked pretty heavily onto the luggage rack, fridge and electric sockets. We told the front desk about it twice (they were very nice) but nothing seems to be done about it as it continued throughout our stay. We had to place the bath mat and glasses beneath it to stop it leaking into the fridge and our bags. The roof bar is wonderful for sunset. They advertise a happy hour every day but some days it doesn't apply and they didn't tell us this until we paid the bill and were rude when we questioned this. Overall not a pleasant stay and I couldn't recommend it. ”

“On the 3rd night I was there, the power inexplicably went out on the upstairs rooms only. It was clearly a problem with the incoming supply - not something the hotel could fix. They quickly offered that all upstairs guests could move to fully functioning downstairs rooms. What a way to go above & beyond. Awesome ”
