“Cons: - Paper thin walls: can hear everything happening from neighbors as if they're in your room - Paper thin shades: any small amount of light comes through, can see neighbors thru the shades which means they probably could see me, does not offer much privacy - Shower smelled like wet rag as if never cleaned before I checked in - No air ventilation if you don't open windows: even when opening windows, bathroom doesn't dry out well making the entire bathroom smell like a wet rag - No AC Small Bathroom: I'm a small person, but I could barely get in and out - Stains on comforter and sheets Pros: - Nice staff - Has fan for lack of AC - 24/7 Security The pros on the list are things that you can also get from other hotels too so it's nothing special. My travel group stayed at Casa Cleo, which also had 24/7 security, a nice staff, as well as AC.”

“This is a tough review because the staff were very nice, but I have to be honest. When we arrived, we found out that our reservation was not for the location we thought we had booked. We were told that our reservation was at their sister location 5 blocks away which looked nothing like the photos on this app. The room was located on the 3rd floor and we had to climb up the spiral stairs with our luggage. That’s ok, but thought some people might want to know just in case they have mobility issues. Initially we didn’t have any hot water, so we reported the issue but didn’t get the hot water on until the 2nd night when the clerk said she would “turn up the boiler”. The linens on the bed were another issue. The mattress pad was not fitted and a top sheet was used for a bottom sheet so we could see that the mattress was old and stained. The shower floor was also very slick. We expected to have sitting areas and a hotel bar as shown in the photos, but that was not the case. ”
