“No elevator ”

“The hotel is right next to two markets. To much traffic, to much noise, no enough hot water to take a shower. Room 104 was next to where hotel staff hang out and you can hear their noise late at night. There are many other hotels arround that are better located. Base on the price and experience, I would not stay here again.”

“This hotel is perfectly situated on the beach at the La Punta end of Zicaleta Beach. It is a 2 minute walk from the bars , restaurants and shops. The room was a great size and stocked with products and was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful in planning trips and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area .The staff at the bar were also very attentive and kind and the food was great , i would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.”
