“Our stay at Hilton Port Moresby was beyond exceptional, thanks to the incredible team. The security staff made us feel safe and welcomed, and housekeeping was superb, especially Nancy Latu. We were in a rush to attend my mother-in-law’s funeral service, with my three sons serving as pallbearers, and we left the room in quite a state. Coming back to an impeccably clean room after such an emotionally exhausting day was a true blessing. The buffet breakfast was another highlight—delicious and with so many options to choose from. The staff across the board were warm, attentive, and professional—simply second to none. I will most definitely recommend Hilton to any of my friends who are thinking of traveling to Port Moresby. And I will certainly be back again—this time I’ll include dinner in my plans as well! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so comfortable during a difficult time. “Ideal place for transit traveller. Cheapest hotel in Port Moresby and quiet place to stay away from all the traffic noises. Free from surrounding noises. The staff were a little slow but overall is good services. The gym equipment seem old and one of the treadmill was not functional with the aircon not working. Cleanliness of the holet is very good. I would still go there on my next transit stay. ”

“Very nice staff and helpful, but i am sorry, during my 5 days stay there I found the following: -many times the towels is not refilled automatically when I return and they give it when I am in the room. -leaked water in the bathroom after take a bath -4th night I find little cockroach in my leftover foods but overall it was really nice view from balcony, can improve a lot in the future Thanks so much for the hospitality and free charge of Transport and dropoff, gym and swimming pool access.”

The room I booked was all sold out so they upgraded us for free. The suite was great - a great home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back next time.
