“Value for money Hotel. For its price it is a very decent hotel to stay at. Receptionist are pleasant and courteous. Manage your expectations on the amenities tho, of course it is not as grand as a 5 star hotel or ita service, bit just the same they try their best to provide for your needs and requests. Plus, its location is A+ If im to go back to Legaspi, this will be a nice temporary resting place for me. Note: they have limited space for parking (about 3 cars max), but the side streets are safe enought to park :)”

“Good place to stay although water supply is not that good. We're not able to use the shower. Staffs are accommodating. ”

“The room was much smaller than expected, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. There was barely enough space for luggage, and the overall layout felt cramped. Cleanliness was another issue. I would rate it 2/5, as the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned. There was noticeable dust in the corners, and the bathroom didn’t seem properly sanitized. While the staff was polite, the upkeep of the hotel needs improvement.”
