“This property is worth in terms of value for money and location. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome during our stay. Breakfast was served every morning. The room size was spacious and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The property was conveniently located near shopping areas and transport options. Parking was also available. Although the cleanliness and facilities could be improved, it's great overall. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.”

“4 star design being the cheaper half of summit hotels, but for a good price. Reception is occasionally empty so you have to walk to summit hotel’s reception instead. For the price, it’s a great stay”

“The location is perfect. It is near SM Mall, bua terminals and food stalls. But I recommend invest in air fresheners. As you enter the lobby, your nose will crinkle. ”

“Staff are great and helpful however there were some issues we encountered: WIFI was so slow/ no connection Signal is no good too (maybe since we were on the 2nd flr) "Extra bed" = sofa bed. Can be compromised however it was wobbly (accident-prone) We can hear what the other room's playing in the tv The only channel we can watch clearly is INCTV (???), and since the wifi is weak we cant connect it to youtube/other platforms to watch anyting or play music We can hear the noises outside the room (ex hallway noises) Toiletries provided was 1 set (for 3 people ???, twas so small that 1 person can use all of it in one go) - requested another but to no avail. Was told that they will replenish it the next day but nothing came. *kinda disappointing since the rooms are quiet pricey Plus point: Great staff Good breakfast Beautiful swimming pool Nice interior Still recommendable. I just hope that all the weak points be given attention. ”

“Needs to improve the selection of foods for their breakfast menu. They don't serve hotdog, bacon, and the likes. They only serve chicken afritada and mini hamburger steak with gravy. Still, they have cereals, bread, champorado, congee and salad. But for their room, it's so nice. Just that they have to thoroughly clean it as we found an underwear in our room. Aside from that all good with the room. ”

“The room was clean and the staff were very warm and accommodating. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Location is really good. The drainage in the shower was clogged so we were transferred to a different room but everything else was good. We commend the cleaning staff for making sure that the room was kept clean and the help desk for responding quickly on the issue we raised and the requests we made. We will definitely go back and stay in this hotel.”

“- Staff appears inexperienced and lacked training. - Booking system is nonexistent. An incident occurred where they mistakenly charged me an extra two nights because the previous occupant was not properly cleared and checked out. My check in and out was chaotic and inefficient. A lot of time was wasted.”
