“The up front costs are very reasonable, but their profit model has them making up for it, with an abundance of other charged services. To enjoy yourself, you’ll want to take advantage of these other services, but be aware, they’re not cheap by Philippine standards. For example, a 1-hour jetski rental is $140 USD and a pina colada is $5.50 USD. Affordable by US standards, but very expensive by PH standards. Overall great place and I’ll definitely be coming back. Just be aware of what your bill will add up to.”

“직원들은 친절하고 상냥합니다. 현금을 인출해야 할 경우를 대비해 ATM 기계가 있습니다. 리조트에 외부 음식을 반입할 수 없지만(물은 제외) 이탈리아, 필리핀, 싱가포르, 인도네시아 음식을 제공하는 레스토랑이 있습니다(샌디에이고). 수상 활동, 스파, 기념품 가게가 있습니다. 이동 시간이 약간 깁니다(지하철에서 4시간). 하지만 전반적으로 가족과 저는 푼타푸에고에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. ”

“Their staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the air conditioning was okay. We had hot water, but the cable TV wasn't working. We experienced issues with the internet on our first day, but it was promptly resolved by their technicians. We were dissatisfied with how their receptionist handled complaints because there were no follow-ups or updates; you had to call them again. If you prefer a resort where everything comes with an additional charge, then this is the best resort for you. We requested extra towels and coffee cups because the room was advertised to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. We expected at least 3 towels. We paid an extra charge for one more adult, expecting an additional towel, but unfortunately, we had to pay for that too. We let that go and asked if we can just borrow 1 more coffee cup, but we never received an update. Wave pool was so dirty as in. The buffet food selections were the same on days 1 and 2. ”
