“My rating is that the hotel is very clean. Close to shopping places, malls and the metro. The employees are friendly and always smiling and extremely cooperative. Just a note about one of the female employees at the reception from an Arab nationality. She was uncooperative and her way of dealing with customers was inappropriate. In my opinion, she needs training in dealing with customers. ”
