“The Family Kingdom Resort is truly an ideal base for discover Freetown and Sierra Leone in general. It’s right on the beach front and next to the local fish market. The General Manager takes perfect care for every need of his guest while running all things as an “one-man-show job” among his nice staff, he even so keen to help by providing a strong technician to drive me to the chimpanzee sanctuary, beaches and downtown for sight-seeing with just a symbolic cost! Breakfast is good, surprisingly large room with cooking facilities, huge space for parties, meeting, children playground, swimming pool, even with a lovely dear and a couple of exciting crane are walking freely around you. The best of all is they are so kind to provide FREE LAUNDRY and FREE TRANSPORT to ferry terminal. What a great service! I trust that this budget yet ideal resort must be THE NUMBER ONE CHOICE for every tourist/visitor to Sierra Leone.
