“The Onomo hotel is average by all counts, and certainly not worth the price tag they claim for the rooms. Top issue is their poor communication on booking conditions, I found impossible to change a booking period once payment was made on Agoda. The hotel refused to accept changing booking while on Agoda site, it was announced as 'flexible booking'. Turned out that neither Agoda nor the Onomo was willing to live to their words. Room are small and clean, staff is helpful, food is average and pricey. Never again.”
