The desk took my phone number for a PromptPay refund but that does not work. I am not registered at PromptPay so I did not receive any deposit. Pls transfer the THB 500 to my account. “Check in and the room was such and eyesore. Hairs everywhere on the floor. The bathroom was in such a terrible condition. But it was late and had nowhere else to go and decided to still have a sleep and checkout early in the morning. But once we got in bed, 15 mins later we could hear a noise in the room and to our great surprise there was a giant centipede walking around terrorizing us. And we had to secure our luggage etc with such of a rush in the middle of the night.. with my wife we decided not to stay any longer and we were outside with our 3 luggage on the road at 3 a.m rushing to our car which was parked at a nearby filling station 300mts away as the stay had nothing as a parking. This was such a horrible experience!”
