It's like they're trying to connect you to the internet using two tin cans and a piece of string. I couldn't even load a simple webpage, let alone stream a video. If you need to stay connected, you'd be better off sending smoke signals. Inept Staff: The staff at this place are about as helpful as a rock. They were nowhere to be found when I needed assistance, and when they did manage to grace me with their presence, they were completely clueless. Oh, and good luck trying to get them to answer the phone! It's like they have a policy of ignoring guests' calls.
