“Everything is good except the check in, it took way too long and the staff are not the most friendly ”

“Excellent check in and great selection of breakfast. Staff helped with our luggage and installed our mobile SIM card. Whole comb of honey at breakfast which I had not seen even at 5 star hotel. Wide selection of tea bags. Cheerful staff. Great service which will get us back next week ”
