“Our recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. The location was decent and offered convenient access to shopping but that was about the only positive aspect. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with the bathroom being particularly unclean. The staff were not helpful or friendly, which made for a frustrating experience. The facilities were lacking, and we encounter issues with privacy and parking. Overall, it was not a good value for money and I could not recommend this property. You would be better off sleeping in your car.”

“This hotel is horrible! Don’t stay here unless it’s your last option. I’ve came to this hotel 2 different times & both times my rooms were dirty. Yesterday I booked a room. So I went to check out the room both bed were nasty. One bed had poop stains on the sheets the other bed was crumbs & hair over all it. The cleaners don’t clean the rooms. They use dirty sheets & just wipe a few items down. Then the table had fake eye lashes on it. They kept my $100 deposit because I got a little blood on the towel. It was ridiculous & I don’t commenced this hotel. ”

“I love our room and I'm very impressed with how clean it was when we got here which is not the case for most of the hotels over here even the bathroom is clean thank you Radisson and your staff for actually doing what's right and taking care of your hotel properly! ”

“I stayed here recently and on the first day noticed my carpet was wet and sticky. I took a washcloth to wipe it and see what it was and the washcloth was black. They changed my room. In the new room, the floor was not wet but my feet were dirty from walking on it. I overnighted slippers from Amazon (was staying there several days). Some of the staff were nice some were rude. One front desk person told a customer she “wasn’t a dog person” as I was standing there with my dog. (I paid a dog fee to stay there - don’t need to hear employees feelings about dogs). ”

“Request thing from housekeeping but never come till check out.. staying for 3 night but housekeeping never clean up the room”

“I have stayed in 3 different hotels around this area as it is convenient to drive to various shops nearby. This hotel room is quite modern, toilets are clean, beds are super comfy, and staff are wonderful to talk to. The only two things I want to call out is that the breakfast is quite limited and would be better with more options. The other thing is that I ran out of shower gel and informed the front desk in the morning which I was told that they would fill it up for me. Unfortuntely, that did not happen when I got back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that, I would most likely be coming back to this hotel when I come back to Akron. ”

“The hotel is great value for the money. Location is great. The only problem that I had was the neighbors I was in room 263. And the neighbors in 265 was completely disruptive.. 1030 pm and they were yelling and fighting at one another, slamming doors. The day after at 9 pm they were stomping around and doing some remodeling or something banging on walls. It was hard to relax at night. ”

“I must start by saying that I found myself in an emergency situation that required making such accommodations. Our experience with the staff here was all positive as they were terrific. There were plenty of vacancies, which allowed for almost exclusive use of their Laundromat machines, which was a blessing. My initial plans were for a 2-3 night stay but that had to be extended twice and ended up being 6 days; which incidentally were all made for the same room. The Hotel itself is a traditional Holiday Inn with regards to decor. If I had to give my opinion, it would be that it is a bit outdated but overall it appeared to be neat & orderly. Our room at first glance was the same; but upon a little further use I could suggest a little more attention to detail is needed on a few things. This location is located seconds from I-77, making errands or duties more convenient. We did have double Queen beds which I have to say just about makes the cost of the stay worth it. The Hotel definitely goes above and beyond in this category and receives an A+ for the quality of the bedding overall. I'll give the location a B grade.”
