“Broken safe, broken tap, cups don't fit the coffee maker, no body lotion, no tea etc., poor gym, decoration of a prison, rude and useless staff that couldn't fix any thing... Favorite quotes from the reception, where we came to complain that, arriving in our room at midnight, having left it 8AM and asked for cleaning service, it was left undone: "Every time you come to the reception it's with a complaint." And "I won't apologize for it not being cleaned." Hilton, are you kidding me??? ”

“We stayed here because it's cheaper than hotels in DC, but close enough to get there relatively easy. There is a Target and Walmart in easy driving distance, and a few restaurants nearby. Getting to Old Town Alexandria only took about 15 min. Staff was super nice, breakfast was good. We were pretty much there only to sleep, but I'd stay here again. ”

“Free breakfast, free parking and less than 20 mins to the center, nothing to ask. Breakfast at iHop was ok but could be better if we can use the breakfast ticket as a voucher. One portion was too big for all of us and wish we could have half meal size with more variety. ”

“Stayed here before and would stay here again. This particular trip (Oct '23) they must've had a water leak or something. There were blowers/fans and equipment running in the hallways and some carpet was removed. The room was decent though. Although, another room with another TV broken. Microwaves are too small to do much. Clean. No weird odors like some other hotels in the area. Nice, helpful staff. ”
