“I work from my laptop, so I spend almost 100% of my time in my room. Sonesta Simply Suites has made this incredibly convenient for me to do. Me and my girlfriend are in a studio suite, and the room gives us a functional, nice kitchen to make food in. The room is beautiful, the tv works great, but one thing that’s off is the wifi isn’t the best for some reason. I can handle that small inconvenience considering there’s not anything else inconvenient about this hotel. We can wash our clothes for free in the laundry room, which is a very clean facility that also offers various snacks and drinks you can buy for your room. (Also doubles as a nifty workout room.) Our Shiba Inu also enjoys this stay with us, and appreciates the little doggy area outside we can walk her too. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They have helped us with anything we needed at any time. There is such a warm, comfortable energy felt through the entire place. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here! ”

“With children, it would have been perfect if they provided microwave in room. They need to put decent sized microwave in lobby. It was too small.”

“Right off the highway north of town. Always enjoy the happy hour and good breakfast at an Embassy Suites. However, their chairs and booths all are worn and need to be replaced sooner rather than later. At least a few of them if not all of them. Also, we did not get a maid to clean the room. She came early when my nephew was still sleeping. We tried to ask her to come later but she could only speak Spanish so we asked the front desk before we left for the day. Came back for happy hour and nothing had been cleaned. I went to the front desk and asked yet again for the room to be cleaned. Make the beds and new towels. Got the towels but beds were not made and not cleaned. It just gets a little frustrating when you ask multiple times and it doesn’t get done. I get the language barrier and it would not be a big problem if the front desk were a viable option to get a request completed. I would recommend somewhere else if you visit Austin based upon the need for upgraded furniture and an inability to satisfy a simple request to have the room cleaned.”
