“We didn’t stay at all, we didn’t even check in or go to the room at any moment, they said they would refund the money, emailed them twice, called them a lot of times to refund the money and they would ignore us. This was in July. It is September, and they processed the payment as if we stayed there for the nights we had booked it”

“This hotel was a great value for the price. The room was spacious and had excellent natural lighting, which made my stay very pleasant. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the refrigerator was a bit noisy at night, which was slightly bothersome. Other than that, the overall experience was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an affordable place with good amenities, this hotel is a solid choice. I would consider staying here again in the future.”

“Front desk and GM do not listen to guests to the point they will hide or ignore you complaints. They will spend money on painting the outside of the building but will refuse to help you with internet or other broken items”

“Overall, the hotel was fine. They are undergoing a remodel, which is fine and disturb me in any way. The outside of the hotel looked great! Front desk person was just ok. No smile, no greeting, just checked me in and gave me my key. I had to ask about the parking and I wish he had told me which building I was in. I figured it out easy enough, but woukd have saved me some time on where to park inside the gates. ”

“Despite the prime location and remarkably comfortable beds at Best Western Plus hotel, the uncleanliness of the toilet, with visible traces upon our initial entry, cast a shadow over an otherwise pleasant stay. If hygiene is a priority, this might not be the ideal choice, but if you can overlook that aspect, the convenience and comfort are noteworthy.”
