“I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is handsome but not for me a 5* experience. The beds were fine but the big leather chair for working in the bedroom was torture. The restaurant balcony seating was also super uncomfortable - the chairs are very deep, so there's no back support, plus the tables are set at knee height. So to even get near your food, you have to perch on the edge and lean over (bad for your back and digestion). The "deconstructed" presentation of the food made this seating even more of a challenge. I should have eaten inside the restaurant but he AC was uncomfortably cold. I left about $300 of medication in the mini-fridge, which I admit was my mistake. But the cleaning staff just threw it away, even though I called to alert them a few hours after I left. The attentive attitude of staff clearly has a hard stop at check out. The rooftop pool is small but perfectly formed. The electric bikes to borrow are a nice addition. The spa/massage in the building opposite was very convenient. The location is very good.”
