“Pleasant stay”

“You have to pay extra for valet which was a charge I wasn’t expecting, but other than that It is a nice hotel. A bit outdated, but It is pet friendly which is a plus if you’re traveling with your animals. The staff was mostly friendly, although a few people were rather curt. It is really close to I-20, so If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s close to the interstate, this is a good option. Overall a decent experience for the lower price point if you catch It on sale. ”

“The employees were kind. There was an issue with the room type, but they corrected it quickly. Now the room itself was not great at all. There were patched up areas that needed painting. Also, the water wouldn’t drain quickly when showering. It most definitely did not have a “nice hotel” feel at all. The beds were comfy and that is the only nice thing I can say about the hotel itself. ”

“I guess the air conditioning system was not working prpoerly, so we had to sleep in the cold air.”

“They are doing construction. For whatever reason, it’s been bought by Candlewood, it use to be Hyatt Place so they’re doing construction. The lobby is in disarray, one elevator is designated for the construction crew, they do construction pretty early. The rooms and beds are comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend now until construction is completed which I’m not sure when that will”

“After staying in a hyatt place in huntsville, this location was a little disappointing. Dust rag left on couch. No shampoo or body wash in shower dispensers. No ice in the ice machine. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. Otherwise. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a wide selection.”

“It's what you expect in westin! Great location, expensive, no parking under 50 dollars, must pay for breakfast. As much as they charge the room could be far nicer and for God's sake why is the jacuzzi by pool literally a cess pool with a foot of water/urine/ trash 🤢 if your going to charge 400 a night please keep it up!”

“Front desk staff was friendly & fast. The room was nice & clean. The beds were really firm. I don't really care for firm beds but if you do, then I'd recommend this motel.”

“She's getting kinda old. The lobby is renovated, now for the rest of the hotel. ”

“I don't think that the hotel was prepared for our stay. The room we had was not stocked with towels and toiletries, etc. The toilet wasn't working. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. ”
