“This is a quaint, cozy, well located hotel. My only complaint is that the restaurant bar was never open. The rooftop bar closes at 10 and it’s a Dog friendly , Hotel The Dogs are only allowed in the room, not in the hotel, or on the rooftop bar. The staff is super nice and attentive.”

“The room had a horrible smell and when I ask the front desk to move rooms all I was given was Febreze. I was told that I needed to spray that, and if the smell doesn’t go away, then I can move rooms. I had my one year-old daughter and dog with me and it was making us all sick.”

“Advertised daily housekeeping- It didn’t happen. We did not opt out of housekeeping visits, but no one showed up We called the desk on day 2 and asked why housekeeping had not been in. We were told that it had been documented that we had opted out at check in- we did not. We were promised that we would be put on the list for the next day. They had not shown up by 3p so again we called. They collected the trash and brought fresh towels but did not change the bedding. The roll away was impossible to sleep on because the mattress was so thin and insubstantial. A one or 2 day stay is okay but longer is dicey”

“This place is amazing and a must stay!! I went twice in a 2 week span, once with my goddaughters and then with my grandsons and they all loved it!! The view is fantastic and the location is great! The breakfast isn't much since COVID but everything else is worth the trip! Looking forward to going again soon!!”
