“Bug eggs all over the ceiling & behind the bed Stains on pillow cases and sheets Shower curtain stained & bathroom smelled terrible Could tell the room wasn’t sanitized and cleaned properly Dust and dirt in counter tops and dead bugs on floor ”

“When booking the room I asked for handicap accessible room. When checking in we didn't get handicap accessible room. In fact we were put on the 3rd floor. Poorly managed. ”

“Our pets are a very important part of our family. The rooms are perfect pet friendly. The room is clean and helpful staff. Just wish there was a fridge. When o looked at options, it showed a fridge but when i got in the room there was not one.”

“Enjoyed the large indoor pool/arcade shared atrium for guests since it rains quite often in Corpus Christi and was nice to have a place for the children to enjoy running around.”

“Don’t waste your vacation stay at this hotel. Staff wasn’t helpful, overpriced, double tax and charge again for parking even you showed an evidence that it was paid online already, dirty, nasty,old and toilet not flashing properly, curtain missing at one side (not uniform) rusty on the shower, tv wasn’t working and we called 6pm and no one fix it we called around 10pm and no one showed up still instead i was told by the lady when i press 0 on their landline she told me to check the wire from the back maybe not plug in or something. I tried to look and it was so dusty and I don’t wanna get hurt or ruin anything cause then they will charge me if i broke anything. A/C was bad it feels uncomfortable even it was adjusted right. Don’t get buffet from them cause im pretty sure you will regret it , we waited too long just for scrambled eggs,potatoes, sausage patties, sausage links, French toast,biscuits and another cut sausage in a white gravy , bread , juice/coffee and fruits much better just spend your money and eat at Golden Corral for that price and more variety. Stay away to this pricey hotel.”

“The hotel is starting to show its age. But the rooms are very clean. The room I booked had a odd smell. When I spoke to the front desk they moved me to a new room no issues. Also some guests left noisy dogs in their room bothering everyone around them. The staff was quick to contact the dog owners and deal with issue. ”
