“I just have one comment they didn’t clean the room for 3 days and just change the towels in the last night anyway all of rest things it’s perfect I recommend 🥰”

“I enjoyed my stay here. There were some staff members that were very cool and helpful. The lady at the bar is super cool. By the way, there's a bar! You can order food right there in the lobby, as well as Starbucks coffee. However, there is no coffee available for free in the lobby like many other hotels, especially at this price range. You have the little coffee pot in you hotel room, which I've never cared much for, especially when the hotel is out of regular coffee and only has decaf available. What's the point of that, ya know? And the bar closes mid day from like 10am to 5pm it's completely closed. So that's kind of lame to me. And the room s are clean and well kept, I will admit... It was a little smaller than I thought, considering the amount we paid to stay for 4 days. And there is a $10 per day parking fee you don't know about until you arrive at check in. It's a nice hotel with a gorgeous lobby. Really, it's beautiful and not too bad for families to hang out for a few hours. But between the bar closing mid day, no refrigerators in the rooms, the paid parking and the size of the rooms, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. I would undoubtedly stay again, but I'd probably prepare a little better”

“When we attempted to check in, the front desk woman acted like she couldn't get us a room since they "are currently out of pet friendly rooms", I explained to her that my dog is a service animal, so she acted like she was doing us a favor and "finding a room we could use". After finally finding us a room, she then told me that it was hotel policy to charge me $25/night cleaning fee to have my service animal there. I tried to explain that service animals are exempt from pet fees. She argued again that it was policy. I paid the the fee to be able to get into my room, partially because my boyfriend and I were very tired, and partially because I realized that this woman was not going to listen to me explaining anything.”

“I had a room with a fireplace for two nights. I showed up quite early and waited in the lobby, and my room was ready for me well before check in. The room is very cozy and esthetically pleasing. It is a comfortable place to retreat for a few days to get work done. There was no ghetto stuff happening outside which is a big plus for me right now. Everything was great! ”
