“Amazing view, nice people, comfortable bed, everything is incredible!”

“We have had the best week staying at the Bahia Mar. The hospitality was top notch. We felt welcomed everywhere we went. We were traveling with twin four months old and the staff went above and beyond to help and make things easier for us. The location is perfect for walking. There’s tons of restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. Coconuts is a great restaurant/bar close to the hotel that offered delicious dinners and drinks. The beach was a quick walk across the street and lounge chairs and towels were included with the resort. It was only $30 to rent an umbrella for the day. The pool was perfect, plenty of shady options, great music with Dj’s playing almost every day and an indoor area with seating, ping pong, and a pool table. We have traveled quite bit (never with small babies) and we were thoroughly impressed with the hospitality we received at Bahia Mar. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. ”

“Booked a 2 Queen Oceanfront months prior to arrival. Called a week in advance to confirm room type as I had read other reviews on indicating issues with front desk and checking in. Arrived to find they had me in a King City View and all 2 Queen Studios were sold out. After some back and forth they pulled up their bookings through Agoda and confirmed someone had "mistakenly" moved me to a different room. Fortunately, Jonathan at front desk was able to get us into the last available 2 Queen Oceanfront Suite at no additional cost. Be advised that this hotel is either overbooking in hopes people cancel or intentionally moving third party reservations to lesser rooms last minute. All that said, the rooms have been recently updated and offer gorgeous views. Housekeeping, guest services and valet team were all wonderful. Beach chairs included as part of the resort fee. Pool bar is overpriced and needs a facelift. ”

“The hotel was so busy , but a professional and polite front desk, featuring 'Jasmina.'is awesome . The bellman provided exceptional service. However, the room is quite small, feels like im in the closet of a conjoined room, lacks a luggage rack, and doesn't match the advertised river view ( no such thing River view) making it less satisfactory for the $900 something spent.”
