“The pool is “closed for renovation” which you don’t find out until after booking. Breakfast is an OPTION but not included. There’s a $50/day incidental fee that’s charged to all debit cards. You may get a “deal” online with Agoda or other third parties but you’re better off booking somewhere that doesn’t gouge you or nickel-and-dime you for every “service.” I’d have rather paid full price at one of their competitors around the corner that at least includes breakfast. ”

“My second time staying here, and I have to say I have no complaints so far, the place is clean, amd the room is nice and comfortable.. the hotel itself needs a face lift but they are currently working in that I think, but this is my place to say when I need a get away.. ”

“Room was clean, everything in room worked. Back door key card lock does not work. Also, back door metal threshold is loose and could be a tripping hazard.”

“While this property is priced moderately, it is adaquitely located for daily activity. BUT, it's dirty (floors, holes in walls & roaches) unsquared doors with loose security plates, and a rude crew that is always on guard with quick wit responses. Did I mention ROACHES! that are the real residents of this establishment. They charge an early check-in fee hidden within the booking agreement, oh per person. The A/C worked great but constantly leaked. I had to use the towels to soak up the water it leaked four to six times a day. They have YOU throw out the trash to the dumpster as oppose to housekeeping picking it up. The rooms are cleaned every TWO WEEKS. Linens and toiletries can be picked up at the front desk. Not necessarily left in the rooms. There is no service given. There was a vagrant sleeping on the stairs. On a positive good note, there are plenty of eating locations surrounding this Extended Stay America to include a 7-11, gas station and CVS just at its doorstep. ”

“I only needed a place to sleep. I spent my days on the beach and using resort passes. I wouldn’t dare use the shower or the sofa. Looked gross. Bed was loud but clean. You can tell people live at this motel and the neighborhood and tenants weren’t the nicest. ”
