“Got to the hotel and was told the room I paid for was unavailable. We were stuck in traffic so the travel was longer than l expected and we were exhausted. Then once we arrived in the room we found a dirty face towel in the shower. Disgusted, yes you are correct. The rooms are tolerable but I wasn't expecting that when we arrived. They made accommodations that were medicore to say the least. On top of thinking I thought I had paid to cover breakfast. Too many last minute surprises that I didn't not expect or wanna deal with when vacationing. I was told 3rd party sites overbook and expected to just deal with the situation. ”

“Kids friendly, my kids really enjoy the pool. We all have fun. Breakfast is awesome! Room don’t have a wow factor , it’s ok thou. Amenities is nice. If u are on budget this hotel is not for u.”

“Rooms were ok. View of the ocean was amazing. Had to move to a different room for the next night because that’s all that was available. Facing the parking garage was not so great, but the walk to the beach was short. I would stay again! ”

“They nickle and dime you for anything you ask for. For example. you want the exact same room, just want to move up 2 floors, that will be an extra $50. I signed a form, asking for a room change so we could have a higher view of the ocean and they didn't put a price on the form, and then after I left they filled it in to say $50.”

“Had a great time and a great room overlooking the pool. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The lights were not on in the pool at night which was a little scary. We loved it and will be back.”

“Hotel was nice and in a good area, shower water was more warm than hot and the towel used for the floor to step on out the shower was dirty. ”
