“Customer service agent at desk was very rude and unprofessional. I woke up to a warm room and A/C didn’t work and clock was flashing. I use the restroom and noticed toilet wobbled back and fourths, needs to be tightened. I informed the customer service agent at desk that the power went out last night, A/C doesn’t work and toilet was wobbling when sitting on it. She got mad and flustered and told me to wait because she is doing house keeping schedule. I waited patiently and then she told me the queen room will not be ready and offered me a double bed room next door even though I paid for a queen sized room. She the said the room was for handicap and offered me lower priced room again. I refused and had to wait several hours before my queen size room was ready. The customer service woman over talked the manager and said she can refuse my service whenever she feels like it. I asked the manager if she is the manager and do I have to leave. The manager said no and the employee mumbled under her tongue and continued to talk over the manager and myself. The customer service representative needs re-training.”

“I got a great deal thru Agoda. It was looking a little more run down than the last time I stayed but very friendly helpful staff, good breakfast ,comfortable beds, great location, lots of hot water. Recommended!”
