“We loved our stay!! ”

“No hangers, TV remotes didn't work. ”

“Very clean hotel, quiet location, friendly staff, good size rooms, everything working properly. The location is good for people taking a cruise. They have a shuttle to cruise terminal for a $10.00 per person. Walking it is not close to restaurants but there are some little places to eat. Comparing to the price, their rooms are a good size rooms with good shower and air conditioning. They have a good parking area at no fee for costumers. They should improve their breakfast quality and diversity. It is very basic with slices of bread, butter, coffee, milk, and that is it. No other options. Other than that, I am happy with everything else and I would recommend. ”

“우리가 도착했을 때 프런트 데스크 직원이 북쪽 타워를 예약할 것인지 물었습니다. 이 호텔의 구조를 어떻게 알 수 있을까요? 그러고 나서 추가 요금을 내면 다른 방으로 옮겨줄 수 있다고 했지만 저는 거절했습니다. 체크인을 마친 후 그녀는 모퉁이를 돌아서 엘리베이터를 타고 2층으로 가서 내려서 5층으로 가는 다른 엘리베이터를 타라고 했는데, 불필요했고 우리를 놀리기 위한 것이었습니다. 다음날 아침 커피 한 잔을 만들려고 했는데 커피 머신이 고장났다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 프런트 데스크에 전화했더니 하우스키핑에서 새로운 커피 머신을 가져올 수 있지만 8시나 8시 30분까지는 오지 않을 것이라고 했습니다. 제가 받을 수 있는 유일한 다른 옵션은 스타벅스가 문을 여는 6시 30분까지 기다리는 것이었습니다. 적어도 매우 실망스러웠습니다!!! 샤워를 하고 아래층으로 내려가 프런트 데스크 직원과 이야기를 나누었는데, 이 직원은 제가 처음 만난 직원만큼이나 불친절했지만, 무료 커피를 제공하는 레스토랑을 소개해 주었습니다. 다시 여기 머물고 싶은지 잘 모르겠습니다.”

“This hotel is right opposite the Seawall. We had a partial ocean view room. They're was no balcony but we could easily see the beach from our window, although we could also see the adjoining Kroger parking lot. The breakfast was excellent and so were the coffee options. The staff is very courteous. We had a few issues with the room: the sink was clogged and the liquid soap bottles were empty. These were promptly addressed. ”

“Overall, we had a good stay for the weekend. We had a few hiccups where we had called twice to ensure they had a tesla charger and they said yes both times. We arrived and asked again to make sure and again we got a confirmation. Well the 2nd night we asked them to charge the car and they said they didn't know if they had the right charger but we needed to sign a waiver. The valet "ran out" of waivers so we went to the front desk who had no idea about the waiver. Either way, it was annoying to be on a higher end resort where the answer to everything was always "I don't know." We did the breakfast buffet both morning and were seated immediately but took someone 10 minutes to get our coffee/drink order. Even the morning manager didn't seem to care that her team was working inefficiently. I had to tell her to actually send a server our way. It just seems like there is a lack of training with the staff overall. Besides the not so great staff, the rooms were decent and the pool was great.”

“The gulf view actually oversees the parking lot and pool with a tiny glimpse of ocean. Restaurant food was bland and overpriced. For about the same price you can stay at the San Luis and it's amenities are much better.”
