“Not the cleanest. A little BO smell in the room.”

“This place is ok, except that there is an unpleasant smell of Indian food that permeates the whole hotel. The hotel is owned and operated by a family that seems to live in the hotel and do all of the day to day work. Unfortunately, it seems like they are not able to keep up with everything, so the hotel has a general feel and appearance of slowly falling apart. Cracked drywall around shower in room and throughout hotel, keys not working to open door (way too many trips to desk to get new key). At one point I went for a new key and the guy at the desk reached into a drawer, pulled one out and gave it to me. I asked how that key would know it was for my room. He looked confused and told me don’t worry it will work. I told him I don’t want to come back down because it does not work, so he asked me my room number, then slid the keycard into a little machine and gave it to me without punching any keys or interacting with a computer. I think all keys must open every room, but I did not try any other rooms. Again, the place is ok in a pinch, but it is not a “nice” place. ”

“I had things in my room left by the previous people that stayed in the room .. coffee machine still had the old packet in the machine .. carpet is super crusty and gross and there was a smell of sewer gas in the room .. disgusting 🤢. Three thumbs down! ”

“You'll find a determined staff that has made many improvements in the last year. Its a work in progress but the place is clean, quite, and staff works hard to meet your needs. I doubt the pool will ever open but the fitness room is now open. Breakfast is very basic with hot items, not too kid orientated. ”
