“Very pleasant stay, kind staff, room clean and comfortable 👌 you actually had a nite lite in the bathroom! Thanks! Most hotels don't. Not fun being blinded by a laser light at 3am to go to the john ”

“Only reason I gave 3 stars on staff was when we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk and family waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to front desk to check us in. Staff was friendly but having to wait 30 minutes to get checked in was not pleasant. They did have a sign at front desk stating they were attending to other duties and to have a seat and get some coffee. I travel quite a bit and have never encountered no one at the front desk ready to check in arriving travelers .”

“This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From moment we walked in to check-in we were greeted professionally and given warm fresh cookies.. Our room was HUGE with 2 queens, close to full size refrigerator, hot plate stove eyes and microwave to prepare your own meals. The breakfast was awesome! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come to Logan! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“I’ve been staying here for years. Used to be a great hotel that I recommended to others because of price and convenience. It is in need of some upgrades for sure. Key cards that are just swiped instead of having to put them in the slot for one. Carpet in rooms and hallways are dark and gloomy. Rooms have no USB ports to charge phones and tablets. We never carry blocks with us anymore. Assume all hotels have USB ports on bedside tables. Coffee for guests in foyer at all times is a must for our crew. ”
