“I was at the reception and they didn’t treat me with respect her voice was demanding .I still have issues with my card as they charged me on my credit card and after it went through they called me and said it had not gone through and had to pay cash for the e days .it was on the 24th October I was there today is the 1st November still they have not credited the money in to my account a payment of 986 .00 dollers .I have been a good customer of Westin this will be my last stay there I will not recommend this hotel to one . Not worth the money one small hotel of water next day no water 3rd day . They didn’t clean the room well on the 2 day was ok but horrible ”

“저는 이곳에서 여러 번 다른 방에 머물렀고 제가 체크인한 모든 방에서 바퀴벌레와 곰팡이를 보았습니다. 저는 주로 2층에 있는 건물의 남쪽 끝에 있는 방만 받았기 때문에 건물의 서쪽과 북쪽 끝에 있는 다른 방에 대해서는 말할 수 없습니다. 제가 이 호텔에 마지막으로 체크인했을 때는 고장난 엘리베이터가 있는 곳의 반대편인 3층에 있는 방을 받았습니다. 그 특정한 날에는 주차장에 있는 차량 수를 기준으로 볼 때 호텔에 손님이 많지 않은 것 같았는데 왜 제가 그 방을 배정받았는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 다행히도 그 3층 방의 TV가 작동하지 않아서 2층 방을 배정받을 수 있었는데 왜 처음부터 배정받지 못했는지 궁금합니다.”

“First the location is great and convenient. Tons of things within walking distance. The staff are Awesome! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and made the whole visit very comfortable and enjoyable. There are Fantastic amenities. There is laundry service or washer and dryer available for guests and that is always nice when traveling with kids. And the kids loved the pool. I love the option and convenience of self parking or valet. Everything here is clean and just excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“The moment we stepped in, everything was a NO from the staff. We came from a 13hr flight, got there at 12nn, and was denied for an early check-in because the room was not yet ready, however, if I pay additional USD40, then they can give me a room. We decided to just go out instead while we wait for 3pm. We were given the farthest room next to the back exit. The back exit door was always busy, and being jet-lagged, we took a nap but was frequently awakened with the noise. The wifi is horrible, and when I complained, they said no, their wifi is strong despite showing them screenshots of internet speed of 0/no internet. The room did NOT have an A/C! The worst thing is, they charged me again for USD105 as service fee because I booked via third-party (Agoda) - that's their policy as claimed. When I booked in Agoda, everything was paid for (good thing Agoda has a good customer service when I complained later on). I was also charged USD150 for security deposit which they said that they will return back to my card - I have yet to see that as of this writing. Horrible customer service. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. ”

“This place is quaint with tiny but well appointed rooms. It was the perfect in-town getaway for me. The parking was a bit sketchy for a woman traveling alone but I loved the accommodations.”
