“My stay here was decent. I knew going in to level set my expectations and, for the most part, this hotel was what I expected. The good: For what I needed, it was just fine. I didn't need a lot of fancier amenities - really just a bed for sleep and somewhere to shower - but I was a little surprised it didn't have an actual closet. No biggie, though and there's still an iron and ironing board. The location was pretty good and close to everything I needed to get to. The staff was good, although the front desk staff was a bit preoccupied when I checked in. Still, they were helpful when they were able to shift their focus. The room was clean and the bed was a typical hotel bed (including the pillows that don't offer much support). The lobby offers good seating, snacks for purchase, and a pool table. I didn't get to try the breakfast or checkout the pool and fitness area, though, so I can't comment on those. The bad: The walls are pretty thin and you'll hear other's conversations (along with other sounds/noises) from the hallways or adjacent rooms. You may also hear footsteps of the guests above you, unless the air conditioning kicks on. It's pretty loud, so light sleepers may want to keep these things in mind. The commode in the restroom is somewhat low to the ground, so taller folks will need to be prepared. Additionally, guys will need to be aware that water droplets will be on the floor regularly when standing. With that said, it was fairly loud when refilling after flushes, and took a while to refill. Conclusion: I'd stay here again, but perhaps not on a weekend. There's a bar across the street from the hotel and, while it doesn't have tons of noise coming from it, you may have the after party next door or in the hallways. Aside from that, it's a good place to stay if you don't want to spend a ton and be in a good location, relative to Midland, TX.”

“All I have to say about Staybridge Suites is nothing but positive...If your looking for a suite that is clean, positive vibes, good customer service, good food breakfast and dinner and WAITTT they even have a social gathering time as well, very friendly staff to housekeeping I mean ALL THE STAFF IS AMAZING you need to come here...There strict and you don't see and hear no drama, homeless lingering around...”

“Booked two bedroom suite. Was an awesome stay, everything was close. But trouble happened later after check out. Was accused of smoking, which I was charged almost 280ish cleaning fee. Now, that being said, we smoked outside on patios, with doors closed to rooms. Never inside. Manager wasn't trying to hear it, ten for 3 days I not only got charged the cleaning fee, but also another duplicate fee, and I caught it with bank and we tried to get taken care of after being told they couldn't see it. Finally, last day the manager on duty a different day did research, found was a glitch in the system, corrected it and money returned. But still wouldn't hear about the cleaning fee refund. I bit the bullet and just accepted it. I understand housekeeping reports things, and we get charged for incdentals, but because the room smelled of smoke supposedly we got directly accused of smoking in the room.”
